Delays after crash involving two cars and a trailer

MOTORISTS have reported lengthy delays travelling towards the Runcorn Widnes Bridge following an earlier accident involving two cars and a trailer. All lanes have now been re-opened towards Widnes but drivers have reported traffic is still moving slowly.
