Careless Carlisle driver given 28-day ban

A MOTORIST was hit with a ban after admitting careless driving on a notorious stretch of road in north Cumbria. Aiden Stephen's speed was thought to have reached almost 100mph as he travelled on the A6 from Low Hesket towards Carlisle in April last year.
