Torrington crash drivers report mud on the road

Police say that mud on the road was reported as being a 'contributing factor' in two near-identical collisions on the A3124 near Beaford on Saturday afternoon. BMW drivers travelling towards Torrington both reported hitting mud patches before crashing.
