MOBILE, Ala. (WPMI) — Mobile Police have arrested a man they say helped rob a restaurant at gunpoint and then locked the employees inside a freezer. Police arrested 21-year-old Rodney Finkley for the robbery at the Zaxby's on Springhill Avenue.

Finkley was nominated for the Golden Eagle Award for his work creating graphic designs for PowerPoint presentations his school used to recruit teachers. “My dream career in the future, I would love to own a company ... and go as big as Apple,” he said.

A scheduled hearing Friday for Cierra Finkley was postponed. Finkley's attorney, Lester Pines says Dane County District Attorney Ismael Ozanne has yet to make a decision on whether to charge Finkley in connection to the August death of Terrance Woods.
