Susan Norman, 68, perished in a mound of earth and rubble when her home and the land beneath it slid down its hillside setting of Sandplace Road, Looe, Cornwall. Mrs Norman's body was later found amid the rubble following the tragedy in March 2013.

Cornwall Council, the police and the Health and Safety Executive have all been investigating the tragic incident. Mrs Norman's relatives have claimed they had concerns about the structural safety of the house in Sandplace Road before the incident happened.
