LORD Harlech, the Conservative peer and former owner of Brogyntyn Hall near Oswestry, died at his Gwynedd home last week. Francis Ormsby-Gore, 6th Baron Harlech, passed away suddenly at the Glyn Estate in Talsarnau on February 1, aged 61.
